When you create an account we collect your name, email address, timezone, and the rooms and automations you choose. As you use the portal we record your lesson progress, daily report preferences, and membership status. If you link an automation, we store only your broker terminal link — never your broker login, password, or credentials of any kind.

Your information is used to run your membership: show your daily routine, deliver lessons and reports, manage your plan and payments, provision access to partner portals you have joined, and support you when you write to us. We never sell your data, and we do not use it to place trades.

We share the minimum necessary data with: our payment processor to complete and verify payments; partner portals (such as the Silver One Trade Protocol, Nifty Option Rider, and TradeBestie) strictly to provision the access you requested; and service providers who host our infrastructure. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Data is stored with our hosting provider using encryption in transit and at rest, and row-level access rules ensure members can only see their own records. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers.

You can update your name, timezone, and notification preferences in your account at any time, and opt out of optional email reports. To export or delete your data, or to close your account, write to us and we will action it within a reasonable period.
